Jeff Weinsier, Local 10 reporter, made another startling – and very, very nauseating – discovery in South Florida’s restaurant scene. Following up on China City’s rodent and roach violations, the “Dirty Dining” reporter spotted plastic bins of raw chicken thawing in the alley behind the restaurant.
